Cancel Reasons Screen

Description of fields on the screen

Field Label	Description
Edit	Select this option to edit the selected Cancel Reason entry.
Print	Use this option to print a list of Cancel Reasons.
Print Preview	Select this option to view a list of Cancel Reasons in report form on your screen.
Export to CSV	Exports the Cancel Reasons values to a CSV (Comma Separated Value) file format.
Add	Use this button to add a new Cancel Reason entry.
Active	When checked, the Cancel Reason is displayed in the Reason Code list of the Confirm Cancel screen. This screen opens when you select the workfile Cancel action.
Reason Code	Use this field to describe the Cancel Reason.
(up/down arrows)	Use these arrows to move the selected entry up or down on the list.
OK	Select this option to save your changes.
Cancel	Selecting this option closes the screen without saving.
